One mile north of New Braunfels, the tiny burg of Freiheit is the home to one of the most unique music experiences in Texas. The Humble Time Radio show broadcasts on the second and fourth Saturday of the month, featuring live performances by singer-songwriters in the Freiheit General Store. Focused on original music, Humble Time gives the performers a chance to be heard both on the radio (stations that air Humble time include 107.9 FM KFAN Fredericksburg & 103.1 FM KEEP Bandera) and on the web broadcast (www.humbletime.com). The tapings are open to the public, and showcase new artists as well as featuring established acts such as the Sisters Morales, Cross Canadian Ragweed and Roger Wallace.
